Came to US in 1999 with B1 visa, then transffered to F1.
My B1 visa expired on 5/15, my I-20 was issued on 5/5 with the same starting date (language school), and sent out to INS along with application, INS application receipt date was 5/22 and F1 was approved on 9/20.
Now I'm in H1 status, my company has filed LC for me. I'm worried about: will the dates between 5/15 and 5/22 be counted as status GAP? will it affect my GC application?
