小白兔,

I took an offer from company A, working there for two months and then joined company B.

Company A applied H1B transfer for me before I started there. Of course, the application was not approved even after I left there.

Company B started a premium H1B transfer for me and got it approved in 10 days. So, I got H1B approved for company B before working for company B.

So far I have been working for company B for about 1 month.

Now, I was noticed the H1B for company A was approved.

How could this happen? When company B transfer my h1B, I put company A in my resume.

My questions are:

Am I still legal working for company B?

What should I do in this situation?

Company A is a tiny start-up. I guess they forgot to withdraw or did not do to avoid more costs.

You should write to CIS to require to withdraw the approval
