file 485 after leaving my employer? zzcpitt2008-10-24 17:22:00

My I-140 was approved two weeks ago. The I-140 is based on PERM. My priority date is 11/2007.

The thing is that my current employer begins to have finance difficult. I am thinking find another job.

I want to know:

1) If my current employer does not revoke I-140 after I leave, can I file I-485 if my future job is a similar job as my current one?

2) I am also a Canadian citizen. If I want to apply TN, what is the chance of getting it? Do I have to revoke I-140 before trying TN?

This is really a difficult time. Who knows what is going to happen next in my job.
