Anyone knows about "under processing for name check clearance" south2007-01-12 02:59:14

My parents visa applicantion is in U.S. Consulate General at Guangzhou since last year April. But they haven't got interviewed. I sent inquiry to the Consulate and they told me that my parents are under processing for name check clearance. Anyone knows how long it will take? thanks,
