Case:

NIW 140 RD in VSC: 30/09/2005
transfer to NSC: 05/11/06
REF: 08/25/06
REF RD: 13/11/06
No update since then

It was said in 60 days, I should recieve some decisions on the case, but 60 days passed, there is nothing happen. Anybody else has the same situation? Thanks. What can we do?
