本人140已批,全家I-485Pending. 现正申请H1及子女的H4延期. 在I-539表格Part 4的3a是"Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?". 3b是"Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?". 我的问题是,子女在填这部分时应该填Yes还是No? 他们没有递交过I-140, 只递交过I-485.
rerre对这个问题的回答是: 3a Yes; 3b No. 但我认为I-485是在美国调整身份,并非签证,为什么3a是Yes?
