我的父母曾在美国逾期居留过几年,于01年夏天离开美国去了加拿大.
现在我准备给他们申请绿卡.知道有10年不可入境的说法.也看到了小白兔mytwocents 等侠女侠男关于申请I-212的指导思想.(非常感谢!)
于是下载了I-212, 却发现上面写着:

I. Persons Permitted to Reapply forAdmission Without Filing This Application.

Persons who were excluded from admission andremoved or deported more than one year ago.

Persons who voluntarily departed from the United States without expense to the U.S. Government andwithout an order of removal or deportation havingbeen entered.

Persons who have been outside the United States for five successive years following their last removal or deportation.

看这意思,好象是说,我的父母应该不用FILE I-212 也可以直接申请绿卡.
对不对?
