EB-1 based I-485 interview has done last week.
On the spot, Our I-94 were collected, we were asked to sign both sides of a piece of paper and put our index PF there,finally we were told by the immigration officer everything is ready but my(primary applicant) NC still pending(since April 05), but my hu*****'s NC cleared. Both of my hu***** and I were asked to do 2nd FP(code 1, our 1stFP were code 3)
Now my Qs are:
1.May I will be interviewed again if my NC has problem?
2.Why my 1st FP is code 3, but 2nd FP is code 1?
3.How long it will take us to get next response from CIS?
