我的LC去年9月批了，于2006年11月同时file了140和485，最近公司在和另一家公司谈合并，很有可能在1个月内有结果，合并的形式是另一家公司收购我现在的公司，公司保证合并后我们的工作地点，职位，工资不变，请问对我的140和485申请有何影响？
