My friend got job in a company with OPT 6 months ago. His wife was with him with F2 visa. Now he have got H1b visa from the company. But his wife is still in F2 visa. One lawyer suggested they go back china and come back USA to get H4 visa.

He is wondering if there is another easy and fast way to get H4 visa for his wife? thanks.
