I am I-485 pending depended on my hu*****and's NIW-EB2. Can I also apply for another I-140 and use my current I-485? If so-after my I-140 approved, can my hu*****and as my dependant so that he can change his career freely? Thanks a lot!

No,you may file new I-140,but you have to file another I-485
