my friend's case-i140/485 NIW 2005/09,140 approved on 2005/10. the i485 was transferred to tx local office for interview about one year ago and was told her case was approved (also shown on the interview note) but needed waiting for the numbers available. Recently, she asked two times interviews by infopass but was told that the case was in normal procedure and no any updated information except one second FP. two other people in her department with similar but weaker background got i485 approved in TX center. any suggestion able to promote her case? she really needs GC currently.
