c.Yes, filed previously and pending with USCIS.
2.(part4,question 3a)Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?
3. (part4,question 3b)Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?
上面这两个问题是不是应该选No?
