I found an error on the Form-9089 of my approved PERM: the lawyer put 40 hours/week for my part-time TA/RA job, which was a 20-hour/week one and I was studying for my PhD. Do I have to re-apply for PERM? Is there any better way to deal with it?

It is a PERM for EB2. My work experience: 9-month working in Europe, 10-month working in the current company. They are related experience. The listed part-time experience is 3 years.

You have to reapply Perm,BTW,you can't count your working
