Before wom go to trial , is it possible that FBI get name check clear?I am so afraid have a trial with USCIS ,and FBI ,they are giant ,we are too small, and we really can not afford the fees.
what I can do is to pray every day to let God perform miracles, recently all the bad things coming up one by one ,I really can not handle it.why it is so hard for us to stay in USA? how can I do if we lose the case and could not find a job ,the only way is to go back china? I am not worry about myself ,I am worry about my son who has all his education here ,it is hard for him to catch up chinese
