Hello,
my hu*****and and i just got admission to Canada. My hu*****and is H1B working in U.S. and i am a H4, we are going to land in Canada before the expiration date but we will come back to U.S. after admission. We are not really planning to live in Canada currently but do not wish to give up the Canadian green
card. We know that in order not to give up the permanent residence, we have to live in Canada in a certain year.
Does someone have similar experience on this?
Is there anyway we can make Canadian immigration Bureau believe that we live in Canada after we land there?
