各位好！
我的 J1 WAIVER 已经豁免批准了， 想申请H1 签证，如果我现在就申请， 到批准书下来生效， 是不是会浪费J1 的一年半的时间呢( J1 期限到2008 年5月过期) ， 我目前的J1 是在大学的附属医院里面做博士后研究， 申请H1 应该没有名额的限制吧？
