our name check has been clear last April, my I-140 was EB1a, approved by Vermont, but my I-485 with my NIW I-140 were transfered to Nabrasca. Then my NIW I-140 was cancelled and lawyer wrote a form to transfer my I-485 to EB1. But I have no any news until now. So do I need to refile the I-485, is it possible to expidite the I -485 approve?
