I am in Bay area. My lawyer got Prevailing Wage Determination from EDD in Chichago. The salary EDD said is 27.83/hr but I am actually paid at 35/hr. Which salary should be in the Job Posting Notice, 28.75 or 35? Please help.
Is only one EDD office for the whole nation or there are different offices in different location?
