H1B的LCA是不是要在4/1才能批准? HIB的申请必需和 CERTIFIED LCA一起送交USCIS?如果是的话,所有公司不能在4月1号当天递交申请,直到申请到LCA才可以是吗? 因为我想提前准备好所有材料. 多谢啦!!
