Right now I have H1B work in a university, however, our lab is related to clinic very closely, which is our university medical school. Since we do some assitant work for the doctors, which can be paid (only 0.1 FTE). But I think UMC and university are two different entities (different financial system), and my pay stub and W-2 are totally different from the university, so is that ok for me to do like that, will this affect my I485 application?
