I am on H1B valid visa stamped till mid 2009 with employer X. I was working him till last summer. I have changed my job and working with employer Y after that, Now I want to go back to company X, can I legally now work for X? Do I need H-1B transfer from company Y to company X? I know that employer X will not cancel my visa and he will not send my cancellation papers to BCIS/Immigration services. Also, company X applied LC (in RIR) for me which is still pending. Can I continue my green card process or I need reply it?
