He got non-imm visa yesterday in Beijing. We have GC approved a few years ago.
1) Can he come to US now and go to high school ?
2) If yes for 1), can he request for extened stay in a few months? How long he can stay here as non-immi.?
3) We have not filed I-824 yet, but we have everything ready for I-824. Can we file now?
4) If we do 3) now, is there any hidden problem in future? I mean I-824 vs. his non-immi. visa.
5) If I-824 approved, does he need to go back to China and wait for the result? Can he leave China during this time?
