I have GC with employement based for 6 years, my child just got B2 visa in China, and want to stay here
(1)Can he file I-485 right after entering the US with B2?
(2) If he needs to wait until transfer to F1 for I-485, can he go to public school right after filing 485 (before approval)? Or has to go to private to maintain F1 until approval?
(3) What difference if I am citizen?
