131 approval with 140 pending xinnianhaoxinqing2007-02-20 16:08:14

I just checked LUD about my case status and suprisingly I found that my 131 had been approved. In my understanding, 131 must be approved following the approval of 140. But my 140 is still pending. Please advise me what is going on about my case. I am wondering if I can go back my hometown using the approved 131 and come back US without any trouble. Thanks a lot. I am new in this forum.
