Hello everybody, Good morning.
I am planning to go back my hometown to visit my family. I am holding H1B visa. My I-485 is pending and I-131 has been just approved. Can I come back US without problems with only valid passport and AP? I talked to the advisor in our international office and he told me that I need to have EAD card to prove that I have employment status so that the customs official will not question me when I come back with AP. Is that right? Thanks a lot for your kind response.

如果你有有效的H-1B的STATUS,你不用EAD.

But my H1B stamp in my passport has been expired long time ago.
