Please help!!My I-94 is expiring ayya2007-02-26 19:37:06

the officer only granted me to stay till Jun. this year since I haven't had my passport extended when I came back from China last Oct. Now I am trying to file extension on I94 but don't know which form I should use. I can't even get a live person to make an appointment to go the local Immigration office! USIC's serive really sucks! PLEASE HELP!! Do I just mail out the form?(which form) and do I need to pay for taht?

我做的是H4更改I-94日前，也是因为机场移民官只给护照过期前的日子

应该先延期护照，之后用I-539延期。如果用I-102，还是会收到

我们就是去CBP时，那里的移民官要我们FILE I-102表更新I-94

539延期一般是3-4个月做决定，如果配偶还是H1，H4延期批准没有问题
