公司通过传统RIR替我申请了EB2类LC，PD是01/2005。因为在BEC毫无进展，几个月前把我的申请转为RIR，刚完成了招聘试水。公司律师说由于中国公民的visa number retrogression，我的LC最快也要到今年年底才能批下来。
我的疑问是，既然我的PD在排期之前（04/2005），为什么还要受visa number retrogression的影响？
