Now, my wife worked as a Registered Nurse in a hospital in CA. She applied GC in Oct, 2006. Now her I140 and I485 are pending. I just finished Masters Degree in EE from an university of Canada in Jan, 2007.We are both Canadian now. Now I have a TD visa. I want to know if If I can apply I485? How can I get working permit?
