WOM follow-up whocanhelpplease?2007-03-06 08:00:00

I filed WOM in late January. Called federal court and the secretary said they are waiting for response from defedants and the responses from defedants are due in late March. I asked if she contacts any defedants. She said no. Is it usual? Is there anything else I can do or simply wait?
