Is it possible to get 485 RFE for employment letter from TSC? Jerry_Zhang2007-03-19 15:45:54

Hi,

My case has just been transferred from VSC to TSC. The I-140/I-485 (NIW-based) were concurrently filed on Aug, 2004. I-140 was approved in 2005 and I-485 is still pending. The second finger print was just done before the transfer. I am a postdoc fellow doing some research in a lab and I would like to change to a non-research job at same Univerisity. How about the chance that I will get 485 RFE for employment letter from TSC? When they usually send 485 RFE during the 485 process, at beginning or just before approval?
