Xiaobaitu, do you think even if NC has not been cleared yet, there has been an officer already went through all my documents for pending I485 (I have done FP twice)? If I haven't gotton any RFE, does that mean they don't have questions about my petition? USCIS is waiting for the NC then they can make the decision right away, am I right?
