1。今天受到NSC以485pending申请的EAD Receipt letter.可是上面的一句话把我搞
糊了：This notice does not grant any immigration status or benefit. It is
not even evidence that this case is still pending. It only shows that the
application or petition was filed on the date shown. 这是什么意思？是不是
在Lincoln中心都这样？
2。我是否可拿这收据去延驾照？
3。名字错了怎样更改？

意思就是你不能拿着这收据招摇撞骗，收据不等于批准。just so
