请教 小白兔--premium H1-B 真的有必要嘛? chen1232007-03-21 15:36:50

这两天,被律师逼着要办premium H1B,说是如果不办,quota会被办premium的人强光,到时候他不负责云云.我的理解是,只要4月2号received,按收到日期作为priority date,怎么会担心premium抢光呢(如果quota不是一天用光的话)我个人觉得premium processing只是提前知道结果而已,至于抢quota,应该都是按受到日期作为priority date.请帮忙看看
