看了一下，很多电子工程师和计算机程序员都是JobZone 4,从网上拷贝来的要求，
对于Experience: A minimum of two to four years，这个让我很疑惑，很多人都是
读完硕士出来直接工作，没有工作经验，那么如何满足这个Experience的要求？
我想没有人不满足的，要不大家都不能办h1B了，但这个experience of skill,
knowledge是指读硕士期间的也算吗？
