My 8th year H1-B is expiring in one month and my company is bought and is changing name in one month. My LC is approved (EB2, RIR). Questions for you: should I use premium processing to avoind drag the new company into this GC process or should I use regular processing so if I140 has problems, at least I will be able to extend my H1-B. I can I485 now because it is current. should I wait for I140 approval or file 140 and 485 concurrently?
