H1B for me? I was on H1B till august 2001.then on H4 till and filed premium processing for H1B (no cap issues) on May 24. INS received the application on May 26. The employer would like me to start work on June 11. Should I wait for the approval or can I just go to work? some lawyers say I can just go to work according to ACT 21 (portability), some lawyers say I have to wait for the approval notice. I am really confused. Please help!
