Hello Xiaobaitu and gurus,
Please guide me to know what documents or processes i need to get through to get my H1B back.
I quitted my job last month and I applied I-539 for changing H1B to H4 (my wife is H1B). I received receitpt notice and is pending for process.
Now I got another job offer so I need to transfer back to H1B from H4.
The questions are:
1. Since my H4 application is pending, what should I do. Should I file H4 to H1b, or I still can just transfer my H1b from old company to new one.
2. How long it will take. the company asked me to join next week. is this possible?
3. What documents I need to prepare for this, should I hire a laywer ( the hiring company is small) or I can just do it myself?
