My EB application was filed in December 2002, but the labor certificate was sent to the wrong address in 2004 after it's approved. The attorney's office nver received it. The DOL has the record that the attorney's address was wrong. The attorney's office filed the I-140 in 2005 without the labor certificate. But the application has been halted because USCIS has not been able to get the second copy of the labor certificate from the DOL. The company filed an EB2 application for me in 2006 and the I-140 was approved. I checked the discussion on this forum, it seems the EB2 application cannot use the EB3 priority date since the EB3 I-140 has not been approved yet. If you have ideas about how to speed up the EB3 I-140 process in my situation, could you please share? Thanks so much!
