我的I-485 收到RFE。好像是移民官认为我是H-1B后，我就不是学生(F-1) 身份了，但我仍是PART TIME STUDENT，让他疑虑。
问题是我虽然是H-1B在学校里工作，但也是学校的PART TIME STUDENT。但好像RFE的OFFICER觉得我不再是学生了。
请看下面RFE：

According to our records your student status was terminated. evidence of maintenance of your nonimmigrant status beginning with your original entry January 2000 and ending on the date of filing for adjustment. Please provide the following evidence.
a) Copy of the Form I-797 Approval Notices for all extension and change of status
b) Copy of the Form I-20 or IAP 66 school records (front and back, including all school annotations);
c) Copy (front and back) of the applicant’s Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Record.
d) Trans from your school(s)
e) Photocopies of your passport showing biometric/photo pages and relevant departure/entry stamps and current and expired visas.

这些材料在递I-485时以经递过的。
我有以下问题请教白兔大侠等高人：
1) 根据RFE分析，移民官主要的CONCERN是什么？他CONFUSED我的F-1 TERMINATED了但还是学生吗？
2)H-1B 身份允许当PART TIME STUDENT 吗？有没INS的有关文件可证明呀？ 怎样说明H-1B 身份在学校当兼职学生的问题。(让INTERNATIONAL OFFICE写信) ，还是就不管，RFE 要啥给啥(H-1B APPOVAL FORM， I-20。。。)，不搞得太复杂。
3) Copy of the Form I-797 Approval Notices指的是什么？
H-1B APPROVAL？ OPT APPROVAL？ I-140 APPROVAL？OR OTHERS？
还是以上所有的？
