我现为一博士后于OPT期间。刚得到一公司的工作。由于H1B 名额没了，想申请O1签证。但公司律师看了我的材料后，建议申请EB1-B并同时申请工作许可。律师说很有信心。但我自己知道自己背景不强， 耽心被拒就失去身份而离开美国。 敬请各位专家帮组评估一下我能否冒这个险！

基本上如果EB1b能拿到，O身份就能拿到。而且非移民身份的审批

你直接说服律师恐怕有困难，她又没拿你的钱，让公司HR去交涉吧

最理想的方案是O1批准后，再在O1的基础上申请EB1b,可以

如果EB1b和O1同时递交，O用快件，虽然O先批，但140的审核官
