If one submitted 485 application in Oct 2001, and submitted the physical exam test results around Feb 2004. Will they consider your case start from Oct 2001 or Feb 2004? My case went to Nebraska and saw they are processing the case submitted in Sept 2001 now. Thanks a lot.
