Why they like EB3 more than EB1?
Most EB3 are computer, engineer, and accounting. They have simply background and past a very difficult procedure during the LC application. The US really needs these people for several reasons:
1. Advance slaves, they have skill, knowledge, and work hard.
2. Tax payer, most of them have good income (class one income) than Eb1, I would not say all EB1 are low income. But they income really are class three. That is why I always said EB1 have an class three but apply Category one for green card, and Eb3 with first class salary but apply category three for green card. Some EB1 don’t even have lawyer to take are their case, and have to do it DIY. Why they have to DIY, because the low income, they have no money to have a lawyer to help them. Do you think they really like to have the risk due to unprofessional filling? The answer is MONEY. Most of good lawyer charge 3000 for H1B first time
1500 for the second time if NC stuck
3000 for LC
4000 for 140 and 485
4000 for MOW
Health exam 400/person
Total may cost those 15,000 – 18,000 for total process
If the employer is not going to pay it, it is not NIW, No Interest Waive. Then they have to ask Xiao Bai Tu how to pack it, and send. I am really sorry Sorry for these EB1
Most EB3 don’t touch the core technology of US. Computer language, CPA, AICPA, GAAP are all public information. They don’t have to worry about the EB3 will “steal” the core Tech to other country. What are EB1 doing? Who will be the one really bring he interest to US without worry. If you are a business owner, do you want a slave or do you want a smart EB1 some one like 麦大智and some one may be your competitor later?

how many Eb3 worry about their LC in backlog center? PD retro back!!!
How many H1B suffer the lay off, and H1B transfer? And 140 and after 180 of 485 changing job.
I would like to ask all the EB1and EB2, NIW, have you ever never worry about the LC, PD and lay off? Most of you maybe say no.
You have too sweet life before, now, please suffer the NC, The God make all his kids even in this world.
Just remember, Most green card application take 6-8 years, No matter who you are. You are fast at beginning, you will slow in the end, you are slow suffering at beginning, and you will have a happy life at the end.
Most EB3 come to US as student, no working experience in China, major in computer, engineer, accounting, apply GC via LC, EB3, I did not hear too much complain about NC.because they background is clean as white paper.
All NC complaints are from Eb1, Eb2, and NIW.

Some EB1 application no need LC and PD, file the 485 right the way, how nice, at the end, How sad. Stuck on NC. Don't be sad, Be glad, Life is fair.
Yesterday, Some of my post may hit someone’s weak 脉. some one like 大豆腐, he attack me as SB. Why he is so upset, very interesting. After viewed his old post, he is EB1 and NC stuck also. He just cannot face the fact. In his real life, he may act as big and fat, pretend strong, actually he is white and soft and most crashed by NC in his life. He is not EB1, He is SB1, first SB1. He shall learn from李文和, if you are clean, just wait and life will bring your fair. If you are a 007, they will get you.
