Hi XiaoBaiTu,

I get a job offer from a very small company with 3 employees. I just need a H1B transfer. Can such a small company sponsor H1B transfer? The chance of rejection?

How long does it take to know the result WITHOUT premium processing? Can I still file B2 to buy more time after the transfer is rejected?

The company is a new start-up with about 1 year operation history. It is barely profitable. However, my salary is OK.
