seeking help from Xiaobaitu regarding WOM sophia222007-04-19 04:40:31

I filed my family-based 485 in march 2003, and NC went to FBI in May that year. It has been hold for 4 years and still pending. I am in Houston.


I tried senator, first lady, local FBI, USCIS... nothing worked.

I am thinking to file WOM, and contaced lawyers. It seems they are not very willing to take WOM cased now.

Please give me suggestions. Is it too late? Can I go for DIY? Do you have any recommended lawyers?

If the WOM is unsucessful, is it possible that I lose my job or my 485 will be dismissed by USCIS?

If you have comon child ,go head.They aren't able deny your case
