I graduated with PhD last Oct, and now work in a company. Due to the situation of H1-b application this Month, the company agreed to sponsor me EB1-b while waiting for H1-b processing. I am writing to ask for your opinions about the chances to be granted with EB1-b.
My background:
1. PhD training: cancer research, which greatly benefits US health, economy and enviroment.
2. Publications: 11 peer-reviewed papers with four first-authored
3. Five oral presentation and nice posters in national meetings
4. No awards
5. No reviewing
6. Member of three associations. One association needs the nominations to be a member.
7. Six recommendations from academic plus one from my current supervisor: four collaobrators and two independent. Two professors are interantionally recognized in cancer reserach field, including my PhD advisor.
8. The company I am working for is one of the largest in the industry
I am wondering how high is the chance and what else I should prepare to increase my chances.
Many thanks.
