Dear Friends,
My EAD card will expired within one month, but immigration office received my renew application two weeks ago. I cheked website knowing that it needs three months to complete this application. So that, there will be about 6 weeks time gap for me to get the new EAD card. Does anyone know if there are any problem for me to work and get payment in the gap time? Or, like I applied EAD card one year ago, I can work and get salary after Immigration Office received my EAD application, even I did not get the result yet? Or other way?
