关于H1-B有三个费要交,一个是petition filing fee($190),第二个是a U.S. employer with a total of 25 or less full-time employees in U.S.($750 fee),第三个是Fraud Prevention and Detection Fee($500)有几个问题请教一下:
1.请问一下,要寄去的支票是个人支票吗?
2.支票开成三张,分别付给USCIS吗?还是合开一张?
3.支票付给什么:U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY
然后注明分别是

* petition filing fee($190)
* a U.S. employer with a total of 25 or less full-time employees in U.S.($750 fee)
* Fraud Prevention and Detection Fee($500)

我的意思是说,TRANSFER和办H-1B都不能用
