VSC NIW 140 received Jan 2005, approved Feb. 2005, 485 received Feb. 2005, 1st FP (code 1) May 2005, no further info till March 2007, when case transfered to TSC. Today received FP notice for biometric code 3. Contacted local congressman and first lady 2 months ago. Finger crossed. Please share if you have similar situation.
