Me B2-F1-H1. Would like to go back to school. The semester starts the end of May. And I haven't file the petition yet. I have to following questions:
1, I have 3 week paid vacations. So Can I still keep it H1b in summer term 1(4 weeks), and transfer to F1 afterwards, so I only pay instate tuition for this term.
2, Do USCIS need my future pay stub(in June)?
I have not tell my employer yet and I don't know if they allow the paid vacation after leave.
